Just letting you know about a couple of small improvements we've made to Voyce. You can now delete and rename workspaces to help avoid workspace overload. Look for the gear icon on the workspace card in the main list. Invited team members now see an improved New Member Welcome email. It's more readable and gives a clearer idea of the basics of Voyce, including how to get started with Voyce Feedback. Catch up on these and previous updates here.

We just released some small improvements to Voyce. They're pretty small, but we thought we'd tell you about them anyway. Why? We want you, our users, to know when Voyce moves forwards, that we're listening to what people are saying, and that we're transparent with what we're doing. And quite frankly, a huge post to share a massive suite of updates once a quarter might sound impressive, but no one will read to the bottom, and that's not the way we want to work. Ship early, ship often! Read...

We all like to hire smart people into our teams; people that are motivated, opinionated, and capable of formulating interesting perspectives that are relevant and highly valued. But sometimes we struggle to expose more than a few of those people to our actual users and customers, even though we know it builds empathy, is a great way to generate insights, and is one of the most important ways we can spend our time. In this post we present a simple model for getting your wider team involved in...

You can now mark-up descriptions for Insights, Problems, and Solutions using rich text. Who cares I hear you ask!? We do! We want Voyce to be the simplest, easiest, and least cluttered tool for capturing insights, defining problems, and documenting solutions. Adding sweet rich text capabilities might not seem like much in 2023, but it enables you to capture notes and ideas in a format that lets you simply and clearly convey what you're thinking (see what I did there?). Whether you're...

In July we added the ability to invite your teammates into workspaces so you can collaborate your way through the Insights ➡ Problems ➡ Ideas/Solutions loop. Now, to ensure everyone stays up to date with work being done, we've added workspace emails to the mix. When new Insights, Problems, and Ideas/Solutions are created, or when comments are posted on existing issues, team members working in shared workspaces will automatically be notified. An email will also be sent for feedback posted into...

You're now able to invite your team members into a workspace to collaborate! Simply click the 'Invite team members' link that you'll find on each workspace card on the main Workspaces page, and enter the email address of the teammate to invite. Once they accept the emailed invitation they'll be able to review and edit all the Insights, Problems, and Solutions/Ideas in your workspace. This is just the toe-dip so stay posted for updates. We've got additional sharing workflows coming soon, along...

We’re now in that gray area between having something that’s rough-but-working and what-we-really-want-to-share. Start-Up wisdom tells us we should have launched weeks ago, probably in a Google Sheet or on a napkin or something, and that if we’re not ‘failing fast’ then we’re not learning.
