A short email to bring you up to date with what's 🔥 and what's 🚫 at Voyce.
We shipped the first version of Voyce Feedback - the ability to simply and easily create private feedback channels to share with your users and customers. Learn how to set up your first feedback form in under 5 minutes, and explore ideas for how and where to harvest feedback from your users.
The first sharing-related feature has also been deployed, allowing users to see which team members they have collaborating in their workspaces. It's mostly relevant to us internally for the time being, but this will change soon as the ability to invite team members into workspaces is coming next. I know it seems backwards but...reasons - and we're all about celebrating the micro-wins!
We've also taken on some feedback and, after some heavy use of Voyce ourselves, have decided to move some UI elements around to lay things out more intuitively. Most of these changes are for productivity reasons and are non-functional (if that's a thing?), but we'll include an overview next update.
Lastly, writing about design thinking continues to be a focus for us as we try to make modern product development processes accessible to a wider audience. This month we added a short article on how to tackle the evils of feature bloat with design thinking, and another on bridging the gap between design thinking and Voyce. Be 😎 and have a read.
Oh, and that reminds me. You can find links to all our writing, including changelog snippets, on our blog index page.
Anyway, my mother used to tell me that good things come in small packages, so signing this one off here. Have a great weekend!

If you’re like most teams we talk to, you’re probably drowning in customer feedback and ideas for your product. Insights jotted down here and there, support tickets saved, survey responses in your inbox, and feature requests and bug reports bursting out of your task management tool of choice - it all piles up faster than you can process it. While having lots of feedback is great, it doesn’t help much if you can’t figure out what to do with it. The real challenge isn’t collecting feedback -...
Just letting you know about a couple of small improvements we've made to Voyce. You can now delete and rename workspaces to help avoid workspace overload. Look for the gear icon on the workspace card in the main list. Invited team members now see an improved New Member Welcome email. It's more readable and gives a clearer idea of the basics of Voyce, including how to get started with Voyce Feedback. Catch up on these and previous updates here.
We just released some small improvements to Voyce. They're pretty small, but we thought we'd tell you about them anyway. Why? We want you, our users, to know when Voyce moves forwards, that we're listening to what people are saying, and that we're transparent with what we're doing. And quite frankly, a huge post to share a massive suite of updates once a quarter might sound impressive, but no one will read to the bottom, and that's not the way we want to work. Ship early, ship often! Read...
